I was in charge of the shift scheduling and hiring the staff. I was also responsible for ordering the supplies and ice cream needed for each week, and to clean the machines and the facility. Besides all of that, I scooped icecream and served it to the customers.

I was responsible for answering the phone for take out/delivery orders along with running the cash register for the orders. I cleaned and stocked supplies, and occasionally helped out the hostess.

I washed dishes and cooked breakfast for customers. I also helped out the waitresses when needed and bussed tables.
