As an accomplished Principal Resident, Instructional Coach, and STEM Director with 15 years of experience in STEM education and school leadership, I have explored multiple domains throughout my career–from inspiring young minds as a science educator; mentoring future innovators in SeaPerch and FIRST robotics programs, and city-wide/regional science fairs; designing and constructing science labs, robotics labs, and maker spaces; writing STEM curriculum and STEM program development; offering instructional coaching to educators; and successfully leading multiple schools to achieve significant transformational changes and academic improvements, while cultivating positive school cultures through my experiences in urban school leadership.
