Consents secured for RM's including Springhead Bridge a major infrastructure link.EASTERN QUARRY - Involved in securing the original consent and implementation on behalf of Land Securities, with respect to this major Thames Gateway regeneration scheme in Ebbsfleet Valley. The proposal of up to 6,250 dwellings and 270,000 sq.m. of additional mixed-use floorspace for offices, retail, leisure, education, community and social facilities. WINNERSH TRIANGLE - Prepared and secured Outline Planning consent to redevelop Winnersh Triangle, in Wokingham, on behalf of SEGRO for 190,000 sqm of commercial development with associated retail, hotel, conference and leisure facilities. Subsequently implemented the consent through a series of RM's. Involved in significantly reducing the S106 requirements on behalf of Patrizia.HOUGHTON REGIS NORTH - For LIH & AXA prepared an outline planning application to a tight timetable for 5,150 residential units and 200,000sqm of commercial, retail and community facilities in the Green Belt. A PPA and public engagement was a key element in delivering a robust flexible planning permission.WEST STEVENAGE - Applications and Local Plan promotion for 5,000 and 3,600 dwellings and associated development of education, employment, retail & community facilities in the Green Belt on behalf of TW & Persimmon.BRIDGE HOUSE CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT VILLAGE - Permission secured and varied for 159 units of C2 Extra Care in Wokingham.
