- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and screen sharing to answer questions, concerns, and workflow assistance.- Know and understand the ANSI standards in order to assist with electronic claim submissions.- Work directly with third party vendors, such as clearinghouses and electronic prescription companies, to solve issues such as insurance rejections and software concerns. - Gather, organize, and provide key information for the administration, software development, and quality assurance teams that are essential for identifying and solving advanced issues within the software.- Accurately and professionally log detailed notes regarding each client contact. - Find workarounds for software defects with no current resolution.- Work with fellow peers to test potential software issues reported by clients.- Assist fellow peers by acting as a resource of knowledge, and work together in a hive-mind setting to come up with the best possible solution for clients.

- Animal care, including feeding, medicating, monitoring health and well-being, and cleaning the living facilities.- Administrative assistance, including organization of daily paperwork, customer interaction, phone management and counting down the cash drawer.- Counsel and finalize adoptions, involving explaining an animal’s medical, behavioral and situational history, conducting an interaction with the animal, providing education regarding animal safety and ownership, executing the necessary adoption paperwork and clearly outlining the adoption contract.- Building maintenance, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, laundry, dishes, cleaning windows, organizing, and working within a team to complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

- Data Entry, including phone calls to insurance companies, doctor’s offices and patients.- Inventory management, including submitting orders, checking in orders and handling returns.Customer service, including face-to-face and phone interactions.- Assisting the pharmacist at their request and as needed, including managing workflow and supervising the other technicians.
