Assisted in the compilation of over 150 final Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) / Property Condition Assessment (PCA) reports by accurately gathering property research related to insurance coverage, environmental hazard information, city/state building violations, and other records. Requested property questionnaires from clients and freedom of information reports from county/state offices, sent radon kits to property inspection sites, and maintained strong company and client relations.

Direct industry meetings with new analysts; walk through 8 weeks of education materials on accounting, NAV, and technical knowledge. Write weekly one-pagers with short NAV, comps, and risk analysis to aid PM’s portfolio management and sector pitch development.

Conduct ongoing industry research to inform financial analysis of ~$300K in assets under management of a student-run investment fund within Georgetown’s Steers Center for Global Real Estate. Value real estate investment trusts (REITs) and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) through the use of net asset value models and market analysis; successfully presented an investment proposal that led to the purchase of 600 shares valued at ~$8.4K, and executed a strategic partial sale of 132 shares of a current holding to generate ~$15K and maintain optimal portfolio weight.

Conduct industry research and prepare stock pitches for the largest student-run and student-owned investment fund in the country committed to managing over $160,000 in assets. Most recently contributed in research and valuation of Molina Healthcare, Inc. resulting in an approved investment.

Work in partnership with Georgetown administration to organize and staff events (e.g. Spring Concert, Springfest, and Georgetown Day) that promote undergraduate community engagement and help define campus culture. Responsible for attending weekly executive board and general meetings, holding office hours, executing marketing initiatives, and advancing board succession.

Serve as a contact and resource to new students admitted to Georgetown's business school during the summer and upcoming year. Address questions related to campus culture and opportunities. Update and create Peer Ambassador Playbooks on behalf of the school to advise first-year students.

Responsible for greeting patrons, taking phone orders, handling all payments, balancing cash drawer and credit receipts, and training new staff. Built positive relationships with staff and regulars, managing customer concerns professionally.
