At my core I'm an engineer - a problem solver.In my job I apply those engineering skills to both technical issues and big picture, business challenges.In my career thus far I have met the challenge of leading, managing, and reforming sections that were struggling. This environment suited to my personality as it required me to continuously re-achieve technical proficiency, identify the unique challenges of that role, and quickly understand the contextual environment, such as the stakeholder views and team personalities. Following my first few assignments, local management recognized my skill and began deliberately assigning me the task of stabilizing and improving under-performing teams and projects. In those tasks I have found success in building stakeholder trust, providing clear strategic paths, and raising team performance.My success lies in my skills as an innovative problem solver, persuasive leader, engaging communicator, and driven “doer”. Fundamental to my character, I am an ambitious, driving person who seeks environments that provide challenges, flexibility, and a variety of work.In my career I actively seek opportunities that expand my capabilities, provide a meaningful outcome, and put my problem solving skills into action.
