Hi, I'm Alyson I am currently leveraging my training, relationship-building, and sales skills in my role as a sales enablement content specialist. I am helping VelocityEHS build out their enablement program and making sure that our sales professionals have the resources they need to be successful. I have a pretty exciting background! I have over 15 years of customer service experience and 8 years of sales experience. Prior to being in the enablement space, I helped SaaS tech companies build and manage relationships with their customers and supported customer implementation, training, and adoption efforts as a customer success specialist. Before transitioning to tech, I was in hospitality as a sales and event manager for hotels in downtown Chicago. I managed catering sales operations selling event space, catering, and event services to various corporate and wedding clients.
