During my time with CGX I was responsible for selling opportunity and capturing a recruiting goal of 100+ Associates nationwide and managing all collegiate recruiting efforts for 70+ companies. I also trained and instructed Associates on best recruiting practices, played a meaningful role in introducing new marketing products, planned annual meetings for 400+ employees while adhering to a strict company budget and was selected by corporate to mentor Associates throughout the company network.

I began my career with Consolidated Graphics at their Memphis, TN location (Mercury Printing). During my time at Mercury, I completed an eight month customer service rotation on the Tyco team as the Tyco Order Management Coordinator. During this rotation, I managed all orders to ensure that customer expectations and turn time agreements were met, assembled weekly and monthly reports sent directly to ADT headquarters and assisted in meeting preparation for Tyco executives during their visits. I also had an opportunity to work in Mercury's digital department as a project manager. During this rotation I was responsible for effectively managing multiple multimillion dollar accounts simultaneously, attending weekly conference calls with customers to address any issues, launching a new account and meeting the standard licensing agreement on each account.

The University of Mississippi hosted one of the presidential debates of 2008. During this internship I assisted CBS during the presidential debate as a network TV pool runner who was responsible for providing equipment to the camera crews to produce live pictures, required to blog twice a week concerning politics and I was also cleared by the secret service at the highest level.
