Currently, I serve as Head of Instruction at the University of Houston Law Center's O'Quinn Law Library. In this role, I develop curricular goals for, administer, and assess the library's instructional programming. As a lecturer within the law school, I also teach legal research to first-year and upper-level law students. In this roll, I provided one-on-one and group trainings for other teaching librarians on best practices in instructional design and evidence-based teaching, worked with other instructors on developing in-class materials and assessments, and developed law practice technology programming for Fordham law students. I also taught a variety of legal research courses as an adjunct faculty member; participated in the faculty liaison program, acquisitions committee, and collection development committee work; and provided referenced assistance to the Fordham Law community. Prior to that, I served as the Assistant Director for Operations & Educational Programming and Director of the Excellence in Legal Research Program at the Texas Tech University Law School Library, where I managed the public services, instructional services, and student services activities in the library and taught in the first year research workshops, as well as upper-level courses in Texas Legal Research and Foreign, Comparative, and International Law courses as an adjunct professor of law. I am a graduate of William & Mary's Marshall-Wythe Law School, the University of Maryland's College of Information Science, and Nazareth College.
