Alyson is an experienced attorney and litigator with over 35 years of experience. She has represented healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions for the majority of her career. She has successfully tried cases to verdict before juries in state and federal courts throughout western Pennsylvania and has prevailed on a number of appeals before both Pennsylvania and Federal appellate courts. Alyson also serves as counsel for management organizations (and their corporate members) counseling them on CBA and labor matters as well as successfully representing management in labor grievance arbitration steps and the actual labor grievance arbitrations.Alyson represents individuals involved in professional licensing matters before the Pennsylvania Department of State Medical and Health-related Professional Boards. She has successfully represented individuals from the initial incident through interviews with the licensing Board investigators and hearings in front of the Hearing Examiner or Professional Licensing Board. When appropriate, she will work with criminal attorneys brought in to assist the individual obtain the best possible outcome depending on the nature of the Complaint.
