• Coordinate game day needs with stadium management and stadium security
• Work with Radio and TV Broadcast team and fulfill their needs for game day
• Manage all game day entertainment – pre game, in game and post game activities
• Manage game day production – Public Address Announcer, music, team intros
• Handle game day catering for officials, VIPs, sponsors, players, media and staff

• Sports Whirl Marketing was a multimedia sponsorship fulfillment company that was responsible for the athletic sponsorship rights for the University of Central Florida Athletic Department. Responsibilities included the.
• Managed the fulfillment of sponsor packages for the UCF Athletic Department
• Produced player and behind the scenes features for Football Review with Mike Kruczek and UCF Basketball with Kirk Speraw television shows
• Planned and organized kickoff luncheons, special events, fan fairs, recognition ceremonies and trips for clients and fans
• Worked closely with radio and TV talent on ongoing as well as special projects
• Communicated with clients regarding submission specs for print, radio, television, signage and promotional materials

• Handled sales and disbursement of tickets for seven intercollegiate athletic teams
• Deposited and reconciled revenues in excess of $500,000 a year
• Hired and supervised one full time assistant and six student assistants
• Researched, purchased and implemented new computerized ticketing software and hardware package
