Client Service Specialist
CurrentLead internal and client meetings across 6 clients, mainly within a revenue marketing portfolio. Manage day-to-day communication across account teams, serving as a main point of contact for clients. Develop strategic materials, such as client presentations, creative briefs and owned/earned content. Support strategy and execution of paid and organic campaigns, including timelines, media briefs, creative feedback and asset QA/traffic. Develop and maintain client relationships. Manage a summer intern by delegating tasks, providing feedback and supporting professional development.
