In this position I talk to the customers and provide the service when they have questions. I make sure I help them find what they are looking for if that is in the store or online. I do shipment when they need me to, which I take the clothes out of the box, hang them up or fold them depending on where they need placed, and then put them away in the correct spot. I also ring out customers quickly and efficiently while also having a friendly conversation.

I was a sales associate at Dry Goods USA. I worked the the cash register, I rung out customers up there and was handling money. I also would help people out on the sales floor. I helped them find what they are looking for. I did shipment, so I opened boxes, organized the clothes, and then put all of the clothes away. Lastly, at this job I would answer calls. I had to know how to talk on the phone to customers and other stores. I let them know the times we are open and what time we clothes, knowing if we had something in stock, and answers any other questions the customer might have.
