- In charge of answering all phone calls and finding a solution for each customer call.- Builds out orders for clients- Develops and maintains a filing system-Provides general support to all visitors-Coordinates office procedures and replies to email, telephone or face to face enquiries-Acting as a point of contact for clients.

• Build guest reservations; add products, make changes and cancel products in existing reservations• Fulfill products and services booked by Steamboat Central Reservations, including, but not limited to: rental cars, airline tickets, lift tickets, rental equipment, ski school reservations, other promotional products • Handle basic accounting functions, such as payments to reservations/products and batching• Track, reconcile and report total number of promotional product giveaways• Handle all aspects of mail, shipping and receiving for Steamboat Central Reservations• Quality control representative for reservations, products, packages, guest information• Facilitate product interfacing between multiple systems to ensure accurate product fulfillment• Responsible for providing Service Excellence to guests and all other departments at Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation• Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements• Other duties, as assigned

•Responsible for achieving daily call and email goals. •Being the first impression of my company and presenting our product in a clear and concise message, while answering any questions our clients may have. •Serves as a dedicated call center representative and made outbound calls to potential customers, beginning the sales cycle by driving prospective opportunities to our sales team in order to achieve sales targets.•Extensive experience in sales force, google documents, autopilot, and other CRM’s.•Understanding and learning the introduction to Marketing tools and training.
