I am a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a special focus in Human Capital Development and a Minor in Spanish. I am self-motivated and goal oriented. In my various training and development roles at Amazon, I developed and honed my leadership skills while simultaneously developing other up and coming leaders. I am able to make quick and effective business decisions by taking calculated risks and leveraging the data and resources available to me. I am passionate about leader development at all levels and excited to continue to bring my operational and program management experience together and train the future leaders of Amazon Logistics!
