I Designed and promoted specialty drink menus, boosting sales and customer engagement. I used suggestive selling methods to increase cover average, improving the guest experience. I was able to build a loyal clientele of regulars in addition to new residents and tourists.

I executed strategic promotion of special events across various social media platforms.I also skillfully handled substantial payment transactions, exceeding large sums, while delivering exceptional service to large parties. While doing this, I was skillful at negotiating prices to meet both customer and business expectations.

During my summer internship at Sherwin-Williams, I attained valuable leadership skills and maximized sales opportunities. I gained insights by shadowing store managers, sales representatives, district leaders and delivery drivers. I also presented innovative ideas to district leaders in Detroit, Michigan based on my experience at Sherwin-Williams.

I was responsible for hiring and terminating front of house staff when necessary. I proficiently managed guest experiences by resolving issues promptly and training staff in customer service excellence. I enforced stringent health code standards and maintained daily operational checklists to ensure the restaurant’s smooth functioning. I also marketing the restaurant through social media, using Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
