As a Community Relations Graduate Student Employee at Carroll Electric Membership Corporation, I support the development and implementation of communication and planning strategies to enhance the community events and various outreach programs while maintaining a positive reputation of the organization. I also assist with the planning and execution of community development and engagement initiatives, such as events, sponsorships, donations, and educational programs. I have over two years of experience in this role, and I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of West Georgia, with an expected graduation date of December 2024. Prior to joining Carroll EMC, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at US MedClinic, where I provided quality care and assistance to patients and ensured their safety and comfort. I have a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Georgia Southern University, and I hold certifications in Certified Nursing Aide, Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, and CPR & AED. I have strong skills in communication, organizational, team leadership, digital media, and strategic planning, and I am passionate about serving the community and advancing the mission and values at my company.
