The main responsibility of this job was to get people in and out of the restaurant in a timely and efficient manner. This helped improved my organizational skills which eventually led to me helping other employees learn these skills.

I was in charge of taking all phone orders and placing them into the POS system so they would be ready for pick-up. I also took payments for the online orders, and would answer general questions for people coming into the restaurant. I also would help the kitchen staff in getting orders out to the dining room, and making sure all orders were correct and satisfactory for the customers
