- Organized and executed diverse community and outreach programs for 7000+ undergraduate students in collaboration with fellow staff, the Strategic Asian and Pacific Islander Retention Initiative (SA&PIRI), First Year Experience (FYE), and campus-affiliated organizations to enrich residents' communal living experience, promote DEI conversations, and share campus opportunities/resources- Supported 950+ residents by effectively addressing student concerns, extending referrals to appropriate resources, responding to emergency crises, and upholding university policies to foster a safe environment

Part 1: Fall Quarter (Current Phase)- Planning, budgeting, and executing an on-campus information session for an abroad GPI US opportunity known as the Global Studies Program (GSP) for undergraduate and recently graduated UC Davis students- Implementing rigorous advertising to garner high attendance count like connecting with and contacting UCD campus departments and major advisors to release email/newsletter advertisements for the info session to increase opportunity awarenessPart 2: Winter Quarter (Future Phase)- Reviewing and evaluating GSP applications- Interviewing GSP applicants for Summer 2025 and providing GPI US on the relevant notes for each Part 3: Spring Quarter (Future Phase)- Developing a future program proposal for Japanese students who participate in future domestic GPI US programs- Organizing accommodations, expenses, and schedules by contacting resources/people in order to create said program proposal

𝗔𝗽𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 - 𝗔𝘂𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 (𝟱 𝗺𝗼𝘀)- Facilitated group discussions in English for 125+ Japanese junior high/high school students in Niigata, Tokyo, and Ibaraki to analyze and reflect on self-identity, SDGs, empowerment, and current/future community goals- Created safe spaces during program facilitation to promote students’ individual and group critical thinking, impromptu speaking, and extemporaneous speech skills𝗔𝗽𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 - 𝗔𝘂𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 (𝟱 𝗺𝗼𝘀)- Led group discussions in English for 135+ Japanese junior high/high school students in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Saitama to analyze and reflect on self-identity, SDGs, empowerment, and current/future community goals- Facilitated English discussion during the ISA Future Vision Workshop for 80+ junior high/high school students to develop critical thinking, impromptu speaking, and extemporaneous speech skills

Mastered Point of Sales (POS) system to sell frozen yogurt/related products and maintained the sales floor while fulfilling fast-paced in person, phone, and DoorDash orders for satisfied customers daily

Provided mentorship and developed a supportive and inclusive community for 25+ new undergraduates in their academic/social transition to UC Davis by leading activities and discussions for campus resources and role-modeling the values of the UC Davis Principles of Community
