Learning is the key to success. By creating a robust and detailed Onboarding Training and equipping new employees with resources and tools, we enable them to be self-sufficient and independent. My role is to ensure that our employees have the knowledge and tools that they need to make that mission a reality. My background in education has supported me through this role as a Training Coordinator, Sr Training Coordinator, and now Manager of Training. In addition to cutting our Onboarding Training time in half, I've also had the pleasure of creating a library of resources to help employees in unique situations. My job allows me to hear feedback from new employees during and after their training to make modifications that continuously evolve our processes. I have also launched our Continuing Education and Development programs while managing a team of 7 wonderful people. People management is a joy of mine as well. I truly believe that it is my job to make my direct report's jobs as easy as possible while still exceeding business goals.
