Virgin Australia's Fatigue Risk Management System was one of the first in Australia to be developed and is still one of the top in the world. The role of FRMS Program Officer is to support and assist the FRMS Program team on a daily basis. My main responsibilities are: - Fatigue report processing and risk classification- Collation and analysis of data into monthly reports- Distribution of regular reports to relevant stakeholders- Development and maintenance of the FRMS reports and dashboards- Power BI dashboard development and maintenance- Monthly invoicing of FRMS provisions- Organisation and upkeep of team inbox and tasks- Regular communication with stakeholders- Facilitation of meetings - Development and maintenance of training programs- Development of a company-wide administered fatigue handbook.

The role of Technical Publisher is responsible for document control of various Virgin Australia manuals spanning multiple departments, including some that were subject to Regulatory review. My main responsibilities included:-Editing, reviewing and publishing of manuals- Liaising with stakeholders - Keeping to a strict publishing schedule

Situated in the Safety Data and Analysis team, the role of Safety System Data Administrator is responsible for handling and processing all reports for the Safety Department. My main responsibilities were:- Data entry into multiple systems- Categorisation of reports- Distribution to relevant investigators and departments- Continuous communication with investigators- Assistance with the Safety Data and Analysis team in database development- Running errands for the team and sorting the mail- Organisation of the team’s inbox in Outlook- Answering enquiries via phone and through email- Assisting the team leader on a daily basis
