As the Administrative Assistant for ESA, San Francisco office, I conducted several administrative tasks. Such as working closely with technical staff and senior project administrators to produce environmental impact reports. I provided support to staff by assisting with conference room/vehicle/laptop/equipment reservations. I was responsible for contract coordinating and invoicing processes for the region's hydrology department. I coordinate events for the company's board members, president, CFO, and COO. In addition to my administrative tasks, I took it upon myself to identify environmentally friendly alternatives for comely office materials. This initiative aims to limit single-use items in the office and instead implement sustainable solutions that encourage people to minimize waste and embrace a minimal-impact way of thinking. I worked closely with my regional office manager to find and implement innovative solutions to reduce the amount of waste we put into landfills. I worked to find alternative environmentally-friendly office supplies that could be disposed of responsibly, in addition to reusable alternatives. Through education and training in residential and commercial spaces, we can substantially impact finding solutions, which will help the desired audience become more sustainable and ultimately help cities achieve long-term sustainability.

During my time at SGR Consulting I worked on events and fundraising initiatives for the proposition A during the 2015 San Francisco election. Proposition A allowed the city of San Francisco to issue up to $310 million in bonds to fund affordable housing programs. I attended strategic meetings disusing the measure and conducted one on one interviews with leaders behind the initiative.
