I am extremely excited to work with such an amazing and supportive team. I work as part of the Senior Team to train upcoming Behavior Technician's into their role with a high treatment integrity. I also am responsible for fading new clients into the clinic and transitioning them into a therapeutic schedule/routine. I work very closely with BCBAs to create individualized schedules and programs for new clients starting at the clinic. I aid in managing and organizing materials for therapy, running preference assessments, collecting baseline data/ probing out new skills, assisting BCBAs with reassessments, and reporting to BCBAs. Another task of mine is to stay up to date on client programming and run 1:1 ABA therapy as needed. I work with a team of other specialists to work on these goals. In addition to these roles, I attend and help lead monthly clinical training meetings.

I am still acting as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with an expanded course load. I am now able to run session with multiple clients more than I had been.

I work administering and adapting treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I work very closely with my colleagues as we talk about the best possible treatment amongst clients. I work closely with fellow Registered Behavioral Technicians as well as Board Certified Behavioral Analysts.

I aid in preparing tasks for treatments and assessments and school observations. Additionally, I partake in childcare during parental and treatment sessions. I am reliably trained in school observations, the Play Observation Scale (P.O.S.) and Noldus. I am currently working on completing a literature review on parental attachment to their children and the perceived friendship quality at the transition of elementary to middle school.

I worked with psychologists in the Gastroenterology and Obesity departments. With the Gastroenterology department, I mainly conducted research and participated in clinical work with the Celiac Disease Program. I have presented at a Celiac Disease expo and plan to present at a national American Psychological Association conference. I also plan for my own writing work. In the Obesity department, I mainly conducted research and also participated in clinical work with candidates for Bariatric surgery. I was co-authored on two posters with the team.

I promote a healthy lifestyle for the members of Sigma Delta Tau and remind of them of daily healthy habits as well as sending weekly uplifting emails.
