Alyssa began her career as a Sales Account Director in a Technology and Cybersecurity staffing firm, matching up top talent with growing organizations as they were seeking niche players for innovation and digital transformation. Following her tenure in Staffing, Alyssa joined a cutting-edge Cybersecurity start up, where she greatly contributed to 2000% revenue growth in under 6 years. In this role, she focused on sales strategy, business development, account management and was an advisor to hundreds of clients. She consulted on and sold technical security, data privacy and governance risk and compliance solutions. Alyssa had the privilege of solving complex challenges for her treasured clients to keep their business running and in doing so established resilient organizations and trusted relationships. After spending the first ten years of her career in a Technology and Cybersecurity Sales Advisor role, she has broadened her focus and expertise to technical program management and cybersecurity coaching role. Alyssa is current part of Comcast's Global Cyber Security and Privacy team, coaching and advising software development teams on adopting cybersecurity and data privacy best practices throughout the system development lifecycle. Alyssa also volunteers her time on two Cybersecurity Boards: Women in Cybersecurity – Delaware Affiliate where she is the Chair of Community Outreach and Camden County Community College where she participates as an Advisor.
