As a Resident Advisor, I am dedicated to cultivating inclusive environments, enriching programs, and transformational relationships to empower student flourishing. I did this through: - Enforcing Biola's community standards by leading by example and confronting university violations. - Managing a floor budget of 500 dollars for 5 events throughout the year- Responding to crisis situations and connecting students to resources they need to provide a healthy living environment.

Being an office assistant allowed me to exemplify my customer service skills by: - answering phone inquiries and providing basic information to future students- Managing documents within the University system for faculty- Coordinating events for students to celebrate their success- Assist with preparing reports and maintaining files.

I worked with a team that provided service for churches, camps, community groups, and other external organizations. We accomplished this by providing formal and informal meeting rooms, administered communication for residents, and gave space for a welcoming environment.

I am currently working as an Intern at Fristers. I have gained child development skills, managed paperwork, and enjoyed working with a staff that strives to end poverty. Through this Internship, I have facilitated a group of children to promote literacy growth to ensure every child is ready for school. I did this by providing ongoing assessments and giving them one and one motivation.

As a student representative, my mission was to advocate for the student body. My role consisted of being attentive to student voices, sitting on university committees, budgeting wisely, and influencing students for a positive change on campus.
