In my past year as a supervisor at InfoSafe Records Management (a division of Hodge Company), I have headed up the new electronic division. I help to secure new clients by determining their needs, explaining how we can customize our systems to best serve them, and ensuring they are comfortable with our paper to electronic document process. Once their project is underway, I return to their office to install software and train the end users. After a project is complete, I serve as the client’s point of contact for assistance with document retrieval or technological difficulties. My supervisorial duties include project set up and instructing each department on project specifics. I work with the sales manager to determine proper work load and work with the warehouse manager to determine storage, delivery and pick up of boxes. I schedule and manage multiple concurrent active projects and review each document for image quality and accurate data entry before I deliver it to the client. I place a heavy emphasis on confidentiality and security for both myself and my employees in order to uphold our company’s longstanding reputation of trustworthiness in handling sensitive information. I have also assisted with marketing efforts for our parent company, including photo work for a website, advertising for our service vehicles, and occasional proofreading and digital design.
