I am Acuity's Customer Service Manager and as such, I assist clients through each step of the sales process. At Acuity, we provide California state/local departments with the IT solutions they need to keep their organizations running efficiently and reliably. We are able to provide a myriad of software solutions, hardware products, and consulting services (both IT and non-IT) through our numerous LPA’s. We have over 15 product CMAS contracts with hundreds of thousands of products, an IT consulting CMAS, a non-IT consulting CMAS, 2 SLPs, and an IT MSA Tier 2. I get to help our clients by resolving any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking and shipping orders efficiently. I work in tandem with Acuity’s management team members to assist with quotes and helping monitor cashflow.
