At Personal Performance Management, I work as a Personal Trainer focusing on individualized/special programming to help clients achieve their specific fitness goals. As a fitness professional, I will work closely with clients to assess their fitness level, identify areas of improvement, and develop a fully customized training program including strength training, cardio, and other fitness modalities as well as nutrition and lifestyle coaching to support overall health and wellness. I will also be helping with sales, social media marketing, and business management strategies with Personal Performance Management.

As a Redline intern, I participate in staff education, on-floor training, and hands-on training with specific strategies used to enhance athletic performance. I am also assisting coaches in utilizing Redline's specific performance training system to offer a comprehensive, 90 minute session which addresses several, important aspects of athletic development, including dynamic warm-ups, speed, agility, & explosive power training, sport-specific skill development, and age-appropriate strength and conditioning training.
