As an assistant escrow officer, I am responsible for assisting in the escrow process, which involves facilitating the transfer of funds and documents between parties in a real estate transaction. I support the escrow officer by preparing and reviewing documents, maintaining records, coordinating with lenders, communicating with realtors and their clients, and ensuring that all necessary steps are completed accurately and in a timely manner. I am also a licensed escrow officer which allows me to step in and assist with closings when necessary. My overall goal is to help to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process for all real estate transactions.
