Conducts intake, placement, and coordination of 300+ volunteers to staff two annual 4-day, 2,000+ person immersive art festivals

Created a functional deck track and managed timing, cues, & props for “The Speakeasy SF”, an immersive show with 6 active simultaneous performances spaces inhabited by audience and actors.

Helped to create, organize, train staff in, and run semi-improvised, fully immersive therapeutic “clinic” & theatrical show including crowd & 1-1 experiences. Set in the fictional "Change Your Mind" clinic for elective personality improvement procedures.

For 2 years, I came on to lead planning and production of the Walk Woof Wag dog festival, a benefit for the Chico Animal Shelter. This is a 1,000+ attendee festival in Bidwell Park with vendors, entertainment, activity stations, a guided dog walk, and a doggie costume contest. I worked closely with organization representatives, who co-planned and co-led many elements of the event with me.

Led acquisition, organization, and coordination of 50+ vendors and booths for the No Stigma No Shame festival in MLK Park, downtown Sacramento.
