As associate editor for The Runner, I perform all of the duties of a staff writer in terms of the quantity and quality of work I produce, as well as being committed to responsibilities as an editor. I lead pitch meetings alongside the managing editor, correct structural and factual errors in the articles that are published, and communicate with writers about their style and performance.

I contribute sponsored posts to Pressboard on a freelance basis.

I am a staff writer at The Runner, Kwantlen Polytechnic University's leading newspaper.

I write articles weekly on my on blogging platform, www.alywrites.ca.

I wrote and edited articles for Metro Living Zine, mandating me to format and post online content via Squarespace, report and photograph in the field, and conduct several interviews.

I interviewed local artists and format them to be posted on the Art World Expo blog, a project by Make and Break Arts Foundation.

My work with Rising Empire Records was diverse, from managing stages at events to writing professional releases.
