Hello, and welcome to my profile. My biggest strengths are customer service skills and being detailed oriented. I love being a mom and a business owner. I wanted to expand my knowledge for the medical field. My hope in the medical administrative field is to really dive into being a patient advocate. I want to go further and also become a patient billing specialist as well. I believe my strengths and attributes will come in handy for the future, I just generally want to make a difference in patients lives. My background is early childhood education. I dreamed of always wanting to be a flight attendant, Then I became a special needs parent. I see what we have to go through on a daily with specialists. I became more fascinated with the medical field. I wanted to know more about the operation of it all. I also love being in the leadership role of my own company. It has given me the confidence to become more advanced in my customer and inventory skills. It gives me so much joy to know I am helping someone. I feel more accomplished knowing I can relieve some stress off of others, I am a dedicated handworker, I never ever give up when things get tough, It pushes me to be better every single day.
