•Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures•Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in department efficiency and services HR provides PREIT•Work with Director of Human Resources on all employee relation issues•Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment practices•Perform annual EEOC report•Manage recruitment process - Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and non-exempt personnel, interns, and temporary employees; conduct new hire orientations, and write and place all internal and external job advertisements•Schedule and conduct all initial interviews with candidates•Process background and credit checks for new hire candidates, then escalate questionable results when appropriate. Perform all reference checks for viable candidates and make recommendations as needed. •Manage HRIS system and compile reports from database•Prepare Human Resources reports for internal audit purposes •Manage PREIT's Summer Intern Program•Oversee company organizational chart and distributes to respective senior leaders•Process unemployment claims•Work closely with Human Resources Director to support various HR initiatives•Maintain Human Resources Information System records •Manage personnel change workflow process•Process, track and approve HR invoicing through AVID A/P system while monitoring department expenses•Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems•Manage employee communication content on PREIT Intranet•Support any other Human Resources processes and procedures as management determines
