In this role, I developed engaging weekly newsletters and managed our Instagram account to enhance communication and increase brand visibility. I collaborated with team members to ensure messaging aligned with our organizational goals and organized workshops to empower our members. Through these efforts, I successfully grew our social media following and fostered a stronger community connection.

I reach out to local high schools and student organizations to gauge interest and need for Yale's help in showcasing research opportunities to high school students. One of my biggest initiatives recently is creating an extension of Yale undergraduate research journal for high school students to have their research peer reviewed and published by Yale students.

STEMuses' is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to encourage young girls to pursue their interests in STEM careers regardless of stigma or gender expectations. I planned and hosted our inaugural STEM career fair in September 2022 which hosted over 15 professional women across an array of STEM careers and over 50 middle school girls. I have also created our own website and social media. I currently work on providing mentoring, academic support, and scholarship opportunities to girls with financial need wanting to pursue STEM majors.
