The mission of the Student Information and Digital Learning Systems team is to support core instruction by seamlessly integrating data and technology into teaching and learning. We achieve this through: Ensuring the quality and consistency of SPS data through the development and continuous improvement of data governance practices, including supporting departments and schools to be accountable for the maintenance and quality of their data Ensuring that teachers, administrators, and families have easy access to accurate data, instructional technology tools, and the resources to utilize them for student success Providing professional development and support to schools, enabling them to authentically integrate technology into their classroom in a way that positively impacts learning. This includes highlighting teacher leaders and their best practices in teaching with technology across the district.

Facilitate the continuous improvement of Information systems procedures to support the interaction of teachers and students in the classroom

Oversee the maintenance and support of district systems and application as they relate to professional development and the educator evaluation cycle.- Manage SEEDS (Springfield Effective Educator Development System) online development and enhancements, data integration, and report development; schedule and execute annual rollover tasks; plan and manage major system upgrades and enhancements.- Develop training and support plans; deliver training to school administrators.- Ensure compliance with state reporting; ensure system configuration aligns with the district's evaluation process and adheres to union contractual agreements.

Reporting to the Assistant Superintendent, I oversaw the planning, implementation, and tracking of all short term and long term projects with specified deliverables across several departments at the Holyoke Public Schools.Responsibilities: - Coordinate school leaders for several district-wide initiatives- Manage, track, and report on school department projects- Conduct financial tracking for several DOE and DESE grants

The goal of AmeriCorps VISTA is to alleviate poverty in America through leveraging the resources of Universities to community partners. As the AmeriCorps VISTA Civic Engagement Coordinator at Bay Path University, I worked in the Student Life office to create intentional service-learning opportunities for students. I coordinated several mentoring and tutoring programs in the Springfield Area. As a service-learning mentor, I connected Bay Path students with their local community to become engaged learners.
