Lead the administrative side of the active construction & close-out phase of each commercial HVAC project, with past experience in doing the same for commercial Plumbing.Create strong relationships with our general and subcontractors.Train new Project Coordination/Engineering staff. Assist with the bidding process wherever possible.Create subcontract agreements.Create, track, and log RFIs & submittals, distributing to the field and our subcontractors/vendors.Write all purchase orders, verifying all information contained, including shipping address, tax exempt status, etc.Create working templates in Microsoft Office when needed.Manage, organize and track all project documents, including conforming drawings and specifications, tracking change orders, and organizing project close-out documentation and Operation and Maintenance Manuals.Update Active Jobs Lists and Manpower Chart.Upload and track RFIs, submittals, bulletins, and all other documentation in various project management software, including ProjectSight, Procore, AutoDesk, etc.Act as a liaison between field and office staff, obtaining signatures on documents, answering questions and providing physical copies of submittals and prints.Assist IT occasionally, very well versed with computers & tech.

Accurately and efficiently filling out ATF form 4473, with close attention to accurate spelling, data entry and formatting.Entering customer information into the FBI NICS system, ensuring pinpoint accuracy.Maintaining compliance with ATF procedures and regulations for firearms transfers.Assisting customers with selections for firearms for self-defense, hunting, competitions and collecting, maintaining knowledge for each.Answering phones and and attending to questions from customers.Maintaining and assisting with inventory.General cleaning and upkeep of work area.

Assisting law enforcement officers with sales, inquiries, and orders.Orchestrating our officer buy back program, allowing officers to purchase their duty weapons back when they are replaced. Ensuring each officer receives their product in a timely manner.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Maintaining compliance with the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.Extensive knowledge of policy for each individual manufacturer.Maintaining and monitoring inventory.Ensuring customer qualification for law enforcement only sales.Operation of company-run auction sites.Proficient and speedy typing.Exceptional customer service by phone and email.Basic math skills.
