I am currently an Assistant General Manager for Chick-fil-a, a quick service restaurant. In this role, I lead the company's shift, overseeing about 80 employees. I enjoy coming up with new and creative ways to make sure our restaurant is operating smoothly. I also enjoy looking at the numbers side of the business. For example, it is important to be aware of our productivity average, labor hours/cost, sales activity, check averages, waste cost, and CEM scores. I am currently assisting in helping with the opening of a third Chick-fil-a location for my operator. It is an honor to be apart of opening up a brand new store for the second time. It is a rewarding opportunity to be apart of and learn from. I'm truly passionate about the work I do and always eager to connect with new people. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, my favorite things are leading others and solving problems (especially any technological issue we are having).When I am not working, I find pleasure in learning about technology. Whether it is reading online articles or watching tech news, I enjoy keeping up to date on what's new in the technology world. I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology from Seminole State College and I am currently working towards the CompTIA A+ certification. My goal for the future is to obtain a Master's degree in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity.
