During my time in the Woodcliff Lake School District, I held several leadership roles. I conducted formal observations using the Stronge Observation model. Additionally, I served as an instructional coach and mentor. While teaching at Dorchester, I collaborated with the other Health and Physical Education teachers in the district to update the curriculum and create appropriate activities and assessments for our students. I worked closely with the district’s Parent Faculty Association as well as the Woodcliff Lake Education Foundation to promote and plan activities for the Woodcliff Lake community.

Analyze, organize, review and update curricular materials.Establish training program for lunch aides which includes aide expectations, student expectations, timeline for roll out and resources.Revise dismissal procedures to include new parent and student procedures, teacher training, and resources.Create morning and afternoon duty schedule for staff.

As a Division Leader at Ramapo Country Day Camp, I oversee a specific age group of children. I have worked with girls entering first grade as well as boys entering kindergarten. My responsibilities include communicating with parents before, during and after camp hours, training and managing my staff of counselors, caring for and participating in every aspect of my campers day, facilitating daily activities, and contributing to the leadership team meetings.
