My job was the front desk clerk, which entailed a lot. Paying close attention to detail, putting paperwork in order and having it ready for the drivers upon arrival. Entering the information into excel spreadsheets, as well as having it documented on paper. Answering phone calls, emails, filing, making copies, time stamping documents needed, etc.

I assisted the lead teacher in classroom with the children. We would have group activities and lessons to work on with the kids. We served breakfast, lunch and snack in the classroom. Evaluations on the children would take place weekly or monthly. Daily inspection of the classroom had to be completed. Taking attendance. Accounting for breakfast, lunch and snack each day.

My job entailed everything from opening the store to closing it. At the beginning and end of each shift we were to count the drawer used and make sure it’s correct. Daily, weekly and monthly checklists were to be completed. Making sure the shelves were fully stocked with merchandise for the customers. Unloading delivery trucks and loading dunnage on the truck. Completing a grocery order 3x a week to be delivered to the store. Having fresh product no out of date or bad merchandise. Handling phone calls, emails and returns. Assisted with inventory of the store. Correctly filing paperwork, entering information into the computer making sure the store balances out at the end of the night.
