Worked with autistic support and emotional support clients (K-2nd). Worked closely with their IEP and strategized how to obtain their personal goals and allow them to be as independent as possible for the following school year. Collected and analyzed personal data as well.

Developed strong relationships with the residents and demonstrated fine dining and etiquette skills. Gave them consistent great service in the independent dining hall.
