Hosts peer tutoring sessions for courses in math and physics, up to calculus III and calculus-based physics II. Actively listens and caters to the changing needs of the student while tutoring in order to provide excellent services. Encourages the student’s ability to become an independent learner by creating space for them to ask questions, ponder, and explain concepts without the pressure of a classroom environment, offering support when needed.

Led a new group of 8-14 kids each week, ages ranging from 7 to 12 years old, through a full schedule and fast-paced environment that involved outdoor activities, team challenges, meal times, and small group discussions.

Instructed practices, set up stations for gymnasts to practice specific skills, fostered correct techniques, and taught and refined routines. Led by exemplifying strength, endurance, discipline, and commitment.
