I am currently a Junior undergraduate student at DePaul University in the Strobel Honors Accountancy Program with a declared major in accountancy with a minor degree in Spanish language. As a waitress, my experiences in the food/hospitality industry have allowed me to strengthen and enforce my communication and management skills. These experiences have also taught me how teamwork and organization are key to running a business and creating an enjoyable work environment. I am aiming to extend these skills in a professional setting through an accounting internship at a firm and as a student at DePaul University. In my free time, I love getting grow my personal connections with family and friends and try new experiences with them. I am always looking for an outlet that pushes me to grow critically, academically, and emotionally.
