• Manage North High School’s Cheerleading Program and its entirety• Instill positive actions, values, and behavior during practices, games, and community events• Create a welcoming and supportive environment for students to excel• Strategize and implement yearly fundraising goals, skill goals, and program goals for continuous improvement
