• Manage, preserve, maintain, and handle the Howard County Museum’s collections• Oversee and communicate knowledge of the museum’s collections and additional acquisitions, in addition to the development, production, and maintenance of interpretive exhibits• Assist with day-to-day operations, event planning and execution, grant writing and fundraising, manage internships, and assist with membership and volunteer communications

• Adherence to safe object handling for both 3-D and 2-D objects with special consideration to cultural heritage objects, construction of archival housing units for collections storage, and assistance with object care for upcoming exhibitions• Support for Quest for the West Art Show and Sale including artwork identification and arrangement, exhibition setup and teardown, and (un)packing/crating artwork• Catalog objects via record creation and maintenance in The Museum System including accurate dimension recording, constituent/provenance inspection, condition report assessment, proper object classification, and photography capture and upload

• Maintain the IUPUI Center for Service and Learning website including editing, developing, posting and curating content, monitoring for outdated information and broken links, creating metatags and streamlining content, researching and locating missing archived information• Coordinate online communications with faculty, staff, and partner units using Marketing Cloud (Salesforce) and Listserv (LiveWhale) to include managing content for the eNewsletter as well as drafting news and event releases for distribution across multiple channels• Manage the blog editing and publication process including content entry into IUBlogs, copy editing, integrating graphic elements, style guide adherence, communication with guest bloggers, and monitoring blog placement and metrics

• Customer service, answer phones, consult, advise based on the Department of Education guidelines, lead department training sessions• Creation of digital record storage program, transfer all paper files from 2016 - 2020 to a digital database platform, audit department and evaluate accuracy

• Coordinate practice and performance routines, organize practice and performance schedules, plan and direct physical conditioning programs that will enable athletes to achieve maximum performance• Explain and create participation outcomes, enforce safety rules and regulations for both practice and performance• Encourage personal growth, create a positive atmosphere conducive to learning and self-development
