Managed completions operations for 50+ wells at over $500k per well on average, including designing and testing new strategies for completing wells for the Eagle Ford, safety design and compliance, economics and finance. Compiled best practices for Eagle Ford shale asset for completions. Performed deep dive data analysis on individual well performance. Performed aggregate data science analysis on asset portfolio performance, operations, and financials.

First Engineer. Setup new Eagle Ford startup engineering processes, led production engineering for multi-$B projects and helped build out engineering team, designed data-driven production and facilities development strategy for the asset, multivariate data and statistical analyses for well optimization and troubleshooting, managed financial strategy, managed field teams for operations, optimized well production, equipment and well design, simultaneously managed over 300 producing wells.
