In several of my customer and client service jobs, I have taken responsibility for organizing events, boosting morale and productivity through team-building and boosting client relationships through personal interaction with our team. This job also involved managing the office in terms of keeping snacks and supplies stocked, areas clean, CRM and files organized, projects moving forward, and even documenting SOPs for future training. Work on film sets is incredibly fast-paced. Unwanted surprises seem to pop up every 2 seconds. As a 1st AD and Producer, I'm the project manager, identifying the core issue and the person most qualified to solve it. While managing teams of 40+ people, I ensure everyone's doing their job safely and efficiently. As a writer and editor, I take what's given to me and make it more readable. I provide suggested changes and constructive feedback, encouraging writers to fine-tune their voice, making their content more compelling moving forward. I also love social media and finding the right people to spread the right message. Using social media marketing, I've been able to generate leads and build brand awareness for several niche companies through copywriting and content creation.
