I am a dedicated Organizational Leadership student at the University of Cincinnati College of Arts & Sciences, pursuing a major with a concentration in Nonprofits and a minor in Psychology. My academic journey has equipped me with strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills. My passion throughout my educational journey, beginning in elementary school, has been to help people. As I prepare to enter the workforce, I am eager to focus on helping others in marginalized communities through Non-profit organizations.I thrive in collaborative environments where I can apply my interpersonal skills to learn, listen, motivate, and inspire others toward a common goal.
