Supervised two full-time professional staff members who serve as coordinators over the areas of Advising & Virtual Engagement and Student Activities & Inclusion. Facilitated student leadership opportunities and diversity/social justice education; advised ASWOU Executive and Legislative Branches and Fraternity & Sorority Life; and provided student organization operational and event support.

Provided programmatic support to 19 hospital markets for CMN Hospitals' three flagship peer-to-peer fundraising programs (Miracle Network Dance Marathon, Extra Life, and Play Yellow), which included advisement of MNDM programs at 30 colleges and universities and their 150+ student leaders and assisting with gaming and e-sports community engagement strategies. Served as the sole appointed field representative on the MNDM Work Group, providing direction to national strategy, developing best practice resources, and coordinating national activations and events. Maintained all responsibilities held under Manager, Dance Marathon Acquisition title.

Supported the expansion of the Miracle Network Dance Marathon (MNDM) movement at colleges and universities in 40 unique hospital markets across 11 states. Balanced the needs of internal and external stakeholders to negotiate compromise and develop long-term partnerships between the students, university administration, and hospital staff; recruit, train, and coach the student leadership teams and campus advisors; and provide strategic vision to support the continued improvement of the national MNDM acquisition process by aligning the process with higher education best practices.

Worked with a team to review the harm reduction programs as they exist, evaluating for viable changes to deliver the programs remotely via Zoom to chapters without changing the integrity of the content. Served as a pilot facilitator for the virtual versions and trained the rest of the facilitator team on the new virtual curriculum and facilitation strategies.

120-hour practicum experience focused on advising, large-scale campus programming, and leadership training. Assisted in the development and facilitation of a three-day officer training retreat for Homecoming Commission and Carolina Productions (campus programming board) and created a formal end-of-year transition structure and training plan for Dance Marathon.

Served as the team lead in developing and implementing a year-long plan for assessing competency development and skill application of 70 student participants of the Russell House Leaders program. Designed and facilitated the end-of-year strategic planning retreat to guide Russell House University Union professional staff in utilizing the assessment results to develop the educational curriculum for the following year.

Assisted in the planning and execution of all leadership programming initiatives for our 6,800-student population, including regular officer trainings, community-wide conferences, the Greek Ambassadors program, and an eight-week emerging leaders’ course. Coordinated and conducted community-wide and program-specific assessment for all leadership development areas and used data and best practices to inform programmatic decisions. Served in the on-call duty rotation for Greek Village, as a member of the Critical Incident Investigation Team, and as an FSL-specific conduct hearing officer in support of community risk management practices.

Provided training and development to over 180 student staff members in the areas of event planning, finance, leadership, community partnership, and risk management. Worked with the students during the first two years that their program raised over $1 million and supported them through the organizational growing pains that came with becoming one of the top 10 fundraising Dance Marathon programs in the country.

Served as a live-in substitute for over 50 total days at six different facilities. Received comprehensive risk management training for all 20 facilities in Greek Village and managed all facility logistics and safety procedures while the full-time property managers were on leave.

Along with my co-instructor, developed curriculum for and taught a 3-credit first-year seminar course for a group of 15 students with coursework directly relevant to the needs of first-year students, including lessons on time management and prioritization, resiliency and grit, stress management, study skills, and personal safety. All material was presented with a focus on community-building and active learning strategies. Served as a mentor and resource for my students in their academic and personal endeavors throughout their entire first year.

120-hour practicum focused on equity, accessibility, and student empowerment for students with disabilities. Registered students' disabilities, notified professors of required accommodations, and proctored exams. Designed and distributed detailed infographics to better advertise the resources and services provided by the Center.

245-hour internship focused on international and comparative education. Created an electronic database to catalog legal documents related to university’s exchange agreements with over 80 international institutions across 17 non-European Union countries. Served as a summer school guide for 122 international students, facilitating local activities and day-long excursions around Ireland to encourage acclimation of students to a new culture and country.

Provided logistical and operational support to all alumni relations and advancement events, including class reunions, biannual alumni appreciation events, and large fundraising events. Advised senior philanthropy team through fundraising efforts to establish a $100,000+ endowed scholarship fund. Designed and executed a year-long alumni engagement campaign to reinvigorate alumni base and create a pipeline for new donors.

Developed a new "Go Beavs! Go Greek!" recruitment publication for incoming students and families and oversaw the FSL presentations at all summer new student orientation sessions. Provided clerical support for the office and maintained the website and all social media channels.
