Managing a team of Team Leaders with 15+ SDRs; Overseen 60+ clients and their performance from the outbound calls; In charge of creating and implementing SOP's within the operations to be cascaded company-wide; Maintaining expected KPIs and SQLs of the team; Conducting interviews for new hires and included in the selection process for various positions in the company; Assisting the Operations team in identifying current targets and goals; Coordinating with the Team Leaders in creating a positive working environment for the SDRs; Handling escalations from high-stake clients and providing proper assurance to turn situations around and see better results; Strategize with Operations Team to help streamline processes and ways for the company to improve; In charge of handling the employee rewards program.

Lead a team of Outbound callers (9+); Oversee the performance of 25+ clients; Attended weekly meetings with Clients to discuss overall performance and strategies for areas to improve on; Provide leadership, direction and guidance to garner results in the SDRs' campaigns; Creating a transparent environment and open communication culture; Implementation of company policies and goals with team members; Assist team members with their call script and provide necessary feedback; Conduct QA Forms on the team members’ calls and have coaching sessions to relay needed feedback; Provide training sessions when onboarding new team members
