Customer Service-• Ensuring best practice customer service performance is delivered and strong customer relationships are maintained through effective communication • Managing the order process including receiving and processing orders, forecasts and item maintenance• Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner (including-orders, credits/invoicing, NCRS/Quality, pricing, production/despatch status, transport, DIFOT, order history, new business queries)• Generate and issue reports for internal and external customers • Managing the NCR process, including collecting information, determining root cause, implementing NCR corrective actions, obtaining NCR samples, updating the NCR system, assigning ownership for the NCR, keeping customers informed and keeping track of outstanding NCR status• Managing aged inventory and DIFOT on specified accounts• Actively contribute to continuous improvement• Training new team members where required Exports-• Arranging for export sea and air freight to travel through Agility• Communicate and problem solve with both domestic and overseas agents• Preparing accurate export documentation for the customer including but not limited to- Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Quality assurance, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading

• Answering incoming calls via a switchboard in a timely manner • Greeting Clients in Reception• Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Assistant, Customer service and Purchasing department. • Arrange interstate and overseas flights, accommodation and transport for internal and external people.• Provide computer support using a variety of software packages including letters, reports, mail merges, spreadsheets and graphs.• Ordering of Stationary and office supplies• Distributing and sending mail as required • Book meeting rooms and organise catering as required
